- Order information. What you bought, when, and the amount paid. Your card details go directly to our payment provider and are never stored by us or visible to us.

We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information or biometric data.
Why we use it
- To take, ship and support your order, which is what you asked us to do when you bought something
- To answer your questions about products, orders and returns
- To detect and prevent fraud and misuse of the site
- To meet our tax, accounting and other legal obligations
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
- To advertise, including showing our products on Google
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the companies that make the store work:
- Shopify, which hosts this store, processes orders and provides our checkout
- Our payment providers, including Shopify Payments, to take payment securely
- Shipping carriers and fulfilment partners, to get your order to you
- Google, through the Google sales channel and advertising, which may involve cookies and similar technologies used for advertising and measurement
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as sharing under California law, and you can opt out through Your Privacy Choices.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
International transfers
Some of the providers above operate outside the United States. Where your information is transferred internationally, it is protected by the contractual safeguards those providers put in place, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them to fulfil and support the order, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires us to. Messages you send us are kept for as long as they are useful for supporting you. If you join our mailing list, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Give you a copy of it
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
