These terms govern your use of shopbrightwell.store and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Using this site

You may use this site only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to scrape or overload it.

You must be of legal age in your place of residence to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately, including dimensions, output and weather ratings. Manufacturers occasionally change specifications, and colours vary between screens. Where a specification is critical to your purchase, contact us to confirm it before ordering.

Product images are illustrative. Lifestyle photography shows fixtures in representative settings rather than at exact scale.

4. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, though changes do not affect orders already placed. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send you a shipping confirmation.

We may refuse or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do. Reasons include obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an inability to ship to your address.

5. Payment, shipping and returns

6. Installation and safety

Hardwired fixtures must be installed by a suitably qualified and licensed electrician, in accordance with the wiring regulations that apply where you live. Fixtures must be installed only in locations their stated weather rating permits.

We are not liable for loss or damage arising from incorrect installation, installation by an unqualified person, or installation of a fixture in conditions beyond its rating.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, photography, graphics and the Brightwell name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their place of residence where the law allows.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to it.
