Description
The Ridley is a shallow horizontal bar in black aluminium with an acrylic face, made to run along a wall rather than sit on it as an object. At only 8 cm tall it disappears into the surface by day and reads as a clean line of light after dark. Nine lengths are available, from a 20 cm marker up to a 240 cm run, which is unusual range for a fixture of this type.
That range is the real reason to choose this one. You can match the fixture to a specific architectural line, a lintel, a course of brick, the top of a retaining wall, instead of accepting whatever length happens to be stocked. Output climbs steadily with size, so the 240cm version at 7000 lumens is a serious light source rather than a decorative strip stuck to a wall.
The body is aluminium with an acrylic diffuser, finished in black. The LED is integrated, so there is no bulb to source or replace at any point. It is sealed to IP65 for fully exposed positions with nothing overhead, and hardwires to a standard fixed outdoor connection. Mounting is flat to the wall on a concealed bracket.

Which length should I choose?
Nine are offered, from 20 cm at 1400 lumens up to 240 cm at 7000 lumens, with steps at 40, 60, 90, 120, 150, 180 and 200 cm. Measure the line you want to match, whether a lintel, a brick course or a wall top, and take the closest length to it.
Can it go where rain hits it directly?
Yes. It is sealed to IP65 for fully exposed positions with nothing overhead, so a garage wall, an open facade or a garden wall is fine. It hardwires to a standard fixed outdoor connection and mounts flat to the wall on a concealed bracket, so no fixings show once it is up.
What is the finish?
The body is aluminium finished in black, with an acrylic diffuser across the face. Black reads as a shadow line by day against dark cladding or brick, and against pale render it draws a deliberate horizontal. The shape and the output are the same at every length.
Is there a bulb to replace?
No. The LED is integrated along the length of the bar, so there is nothing to source or replace at any point. That is also why the fixture can be so shallow. With no lamp holder inside, the body stands only 8 cm tall and stays tight against the wall surface.
How much light do the bigger sizes actually give?
Output climbs steadily with length. The 60 cm version gives 2400 lumens, the 120 cm gives 3600 lumens, the 180 cm gives 5200 lumens, and the longest 240 cm version reaches 7000 lumens. At that end it is a genuine light source for a driveway or a courtyard rather than a decorative strip.
